The SellWell Agent AgreementĀ 

Much like you, we are a small business. Our top priority is serving SellWell agents to the best of our abilities, but that means agreeing on a few small things along the way. By purchasing or downloading Concierge or Real Estate Training products on our Site, or becoming a member of the Sellwell Coaching Club, you agree to the following:

You Promise To:

  • Not share/duplicate/resell marketing templates or custom projects. We rely on the purchases you make, big and small, and appreciate you respecting our hard work. The rights to all materials are retained by SellWell, Inc. and should not be explicitly represented as your own creations.
  • Take all advice and guidance at your discretion, and not as legal guidance. Always confirm with your brokers and local regulations before implementation.
  • Keep your login and password to yourself. Weā€™d love for you to refer a friend, but all purchases include a single license for use by one (1) agent only. We reserve the right to revoke access in the case that an unauthorized user accesses your account.
  • Pay in full for any projects/purchases on a payment plan. We offer payment plans to make our products accessible to everyone ā€” but rely on your promise to fulfill all payments. By signing up for a payment plan, you agree to keep a valid credit card on file.
  • Respect the terms and conditions of any third parties incorporated into our offering including Canva. Please visit Canvaā€™s policy page for information regarding stock image usage.
  • Understand that we reserve the right to adjust custom marketing packages based on individual client needs. We always work with each client to make sure youā€™re satisfied with the outcome, but that may look different from person to person.
