Aaron Hodson is a keynote speaker, business strategist, and CEO of SellWell.
He’s spent 25+ years in the real estate industry in various capacities — from selling homes, to becoming CEO of one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the world, to coaching high-level sales agents and executives. Aaron has quite literally stood in your shoes as an agent: door knocking, making calls, and doing the hard work. He sold over 5,000 homes using his methods, and today, he wants to share those methods with you.
Fair warning: Aaron originally hails from New Zealand, so Kiwi-isms are to be expected.

Justine Hodson • Operations & Design
Cofounder of SellWell, Justine left her post as a full-time Realtor in 2019 to launch the SellWell Online Realtor Training Program alongside Aaron. Driven by her own experience as an agent generating six figures and selling 10+ homes per year, Justine set out to build the program she wished she’d had when she started out. In addition to her experience in the industry, Justine is a graduate of the Sacramento State Honors Program and the former manager of a Northern California yoga studio. Her specializations include customer service, sales, graphic design, and client retention. Justine is thrilled to be part of the SellWell community, and can't wait to meet you.
Katy Peer • Content & Marketing
Katy joined the SellWell team in 2020 after spending 12+ years specializing in content creation, marketing, and strategy in the tech and media industries. Her expertise spans copywriting, editing, ghost writing for C-suite executives, SEO, email marketing, social media, public relations, and beyond. Katy earned her B.A. at University of California, San Diego and has since continued her education in SEO, social media, and content strategy with Moz and Hubspot Academies. Today, she’s excited to apply her years of experience to the real estate industry through SellWell.
